You can never come here and not get free entertainment from the staff not getting along. 35 minute line because they wouldn’t communicate well with one another, they did have veggies so that was a surprise! Anyways it’s chipotle in Springfield Mo lol

I arrived about 15 minutes before opening and waited outside. Unfortunately, the store didn’t open until about 15 minutes after the posted opening time. Once the doors were unlocked, I went in to order and was told they only had Al Pastor available — no steak, no chicken, and no other protein options prepared yet. It was disappointing to wait that long and then not have basic menu items ready.
Additionally, the employees were not welcoming. There were no smiles, and the overall interaction felt rushed and rude. Customer service makes a big difference, especially first thing in the morning. I hope they can improve both their opening preparation and overall customer experience moving forward.

Ordered a burrito online with no beans, added sour cream, romaine, queso on the side. Off the bat i was missing my drink and had to go back up for it. One bite in and im hit with the great bean wall of chipotle. Im missing the lettuce, they put in cheese i did NOT order. Needless to say im going to be issuing a chargeback through my bank. This is unacceptable. Are we incapable of reading comprehension?

Needed some help on cleanliness in the lobby. It was good food first time I have eaten there. The chicken was a little dry. I personally like it like that. Other might complain. It was later at night though probably close to closing. You have to give that to them. Let's be honest people we all have moments in life where we are just done a little before scheduled closing time. Be mindful that energy can be contagious. Let's lift others up when we can and ask other for help to do that. Instead of draining each other down. That is how the body of a Christ works yo. God loves all of us, and I do too. I love this place because I had a memorable time with pard of the Canon, Briggs, Cropper Wolfpack. This our girls love you girls. Not to spendy either that is rare these days. God bless us all we need it in these evil times. In Jesus Christ name. Amen.

I’m just blown away by the poor service, but the foods good. I placed a mobile order at 5:40pm and showed up intentionally 25 minutes late, and it still wasn’t ready. After 45 minutes, I finally got my order. I should add that it would’ve been faster to just come in and order as there were few to no guests in line. I guess they don’t want people to place mobile orders and this is their way to deter that?
