    This chipotle is a DUMP. It's the messiest chain restaurant I've ever been too. The lines are consistently long and slow, the the portions are consistently shrinking, and on top of everything it feels like a mystery box because you never really know what might end up in your bowl since the table where the ingredients are is a complete salad mess. Don't come here. Go to someplace else. Trust me bro.

    Came in today for lunch. The brown rice was not even cooked or it was very dry. Almost broke my teeth. This location is ran very poorly. It’s also looked very dirty inside. Corporate or whoever owns this place needs to do something about food quality control. How are you gonna serve uncooked rice? Get it together Chipotle you can do bette. I advise everyone to stay away.

    I love chipotle. Unfortunately I live closest to this location. It’s is quite possibly the worst chipotle ever. Every time i go I think I should leave a terrible review but never do. The place is always disgusting, trashed overflowed, food all over the tables, food all over the floor. As a former health inspector, there are violations all over the place. Every time I go they are out of something. Normally it’s either chicken or steak. Tonight it was tortillas. How on earth can you be out of tortillas on a Saturday night?! Also, it will easily take twice the amount of normal time to get any food, either dine in or take out. The owner obviously doesn’t care. I assume they own the other locations as well which are equally as bad. You’ll just reply with an auto response saying to visit another website to contact you. You won’t actually do anything. Chipotle should be ashamed. Qdoba will now be my go to. Edit: just got home with my meal. They forgot the chips for my chips and queso.

    They were out of a lot of their more popular items like queso. The trash in all 3 trash cans was overflowing despite some guests attempts to push it down. Every single table was filthy with food all over the floor. Ice was falling off the soda machine to the floor. We ordered 2 kids meals and they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience and that they'd never heard of such a thing. The last time we came to this particular Chipotle was about 2 years ago and things have only gotten worse.

    I was so shocked by our visit today. I have never in my entire life seen any fast food restaurant in such a disarray let alone a Chipotle! I never write negative reviews, only writing in hopes that somebody does something about this location. Entire restaurant was a mess. Messy tables, floors, drink station with trash all over it and no forks. Then for the food station, no steak, no chips, almost out of everything, food slopped all over the counters between the bins. And food looked and tasted not fresh, and not like the chipotle I know and love. This has to come down to a management issue. The staff seemed beyond stressed, forgetful of every little thing and running around like everyone was thrown in without any training. They were still as nice as they could be considering the circumstances!
