The manager completely ignored me when I was waiting to order and didn't acknowledge the fact that none of her employees were available to help me. The door dash orders have taken over this restaurant, which isn't their fault but schedule more people to work. There should be one dedicated door dash order person, one dedicated line worker, and one dedicated cashier. I probably won't be coming back

- INInna NikulchaOct 25, 20251.0I tend to give places benifit of the doubt but I've been to this location multiple times and I've never once had a somewhat pleasant experience. Not only is the lobby always messy and dirty tables but the employees are rude and make you feel like you shouldn't be there. I visited on 10/25 around 3pm. The blonde lady working was giving an attitude and she should definitely not work there. They were also out of everything and had to grab topping like corn and queso from the online orders. Also, while making my burrito the guy dropped toppings on the counter and then put them in my burrito saying "don't worry, it's clean" umm no it's not. I asked them to remake it and that's when the blond lady came over and was very rude about it. Also, line was soo big and no sense of urgency to work a little faster from anybody. I cannot wait for a new location to open and I'd gladly drive further than come at this location.
