First it was due to running out of chicken which is understandable but once they confirmed they made more about 20 minutes in; it still took the remaining of the hour with 1 employee working pickup and taking very much their time, that employee kept stopping orders to chitchat and joke around with DoorDash drivers and coworkers which is fine when they aren’t running seriously behind but they were. Many unhappy customers in there tonight so the atmosphere was off.

Not sure why a place that serves rice with nearly every entre doesn't have a backup, but whatever. What really didnt make sense was the employees just standing around doing nothing while the trash can was overflowing, napkin dispenser were empty, tables were dirty, and ice machine also empty. The two workers up front to prepare the food and work the registers were obviously special needs, but nobody was helping them. The manager saw the line and had to have noticed the dirty tables and the nervousness of her employees out front but did nothing, and never once attempted to help during the entire 45 min we were there. I felt horrible for them.
