We love Burger King for their flame cooked burgers, but were sadly disappointed with what we were served. The burgers had no flavor, no grill marks, and tasted mushy and old like freezer burn. Sadly we will never stop there again. It used to be a great place to eat.
- MMMaddalyn MansfieldDec 28, 20251.0im not happy at all. my babies were so excited to come try the spongebob meal. they both ordered one and we sat down and waited for our order. whenever we finally got it, neither meal was in the spongebob box. and there was plenty on the shelf directly behind the counter. it was just a burger thrown on a tray. the pies are just their normal hershey pie. they didnt tell me they were out whenever i ordered. the tots were not in the spongebob container either they are supposed to come in, they were just in a paper bag. and they did not receive their pineapple slushies, i had to go ask for them. they also did not receive the spongebob toys. i paid $44 for two spongebob meals that were nothing but a normal burger on a tray. besides the money, the worst part is how upset my kids were after being excited and waiting all day. i went up and complained and i couldnt even get an apology. another woman sitting in the restaurant ordered the same thing i did and received everything perfectly after me. she watched the whole ordeal and felt so bad she went up and paid for two ice creams and two of the toys on her own too give to my children. i will never return to this location.

The burger king on republic has much better trained staff and is like a mile away, just go there instead
