I've lived near this BK for 3 years and have only ordered here 4 times for this reason, and this will be the last. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get the sloppiest looking order I've ever seen. My wife got a normal whopper with cheese and they couldn't even be bothered to put lettuce or tomato on her burger. I'm sorry but this place needs to just be shut down, literal waste of time and space.

Made it to the window and paid. Another 8 minute wait. The drive thru person read our order off the screen with out looking in the bag. We only ordered 2 hamburgers and an order of fries and onion rings and a soda. Not complicated. Halfway home I asked my wife to check the bag. They forgot the onion rings. I drove back. Because I’m tired of people being incompetent. I walked in and 3 employees were sitting in the dining area. The person that I talked to was not apologetic and didn’t care. About wasting my time and gas. This establishment will not ever get my business again. And it looks like they could use some.
