I come to this store and drive thru is okay most times things are correct with my order but never get any napkins. Go inside and food is always room temp. You watch the fries sit for 5 minutes while waiting on the sandwich then when you get your order fries are cold. Also the fries are either cold and extra greasy or they are not cooked long enough. The top bun for the small burgers are not soft like a fresh one should be. The Kearney store beats this one all around.
