They said they had to charge $0.15 for heavy pickles, but would not give me a credit for taking condiments off, the onions and mayonnaise. The general manager, Andre had zero Customer Service skills and I canceled my order even though I’m a frequent customer. I am a frequent customer at this location and Burger King‘s all over the US as I travel for work and I’ve never had this poor experience.
