  Gave it a couple tries hoping it would be better the second time around. While the waitress seemed nice she disappeared for at least 30 minutes after taking our order. By the time she came back we just went ahead and cancled our alcohol drinks bc the point was to drink them while we waited forever. I hate being confrontational so I didnt complain but in retrospect am pretty upset we spent $50 on very subpar quality food that was obviously waiting in the window for at least 15 minutes before it was served to us because the majority of it was cold to room temperature.

  DO NOT recommend coming to this location. I had 2 very bad experiences I shouldn’t have had. Stated out placing the first order months ago on the app, maybe it’s just the app but it was slow inside and the app told me my food was ready for pickup 40 minutes after placing it. I then go inside, no one is at the front desk I’m patiently waiting for at least 10 minutes. Somebody finally comes and I spend another 10-15 minutes waiting for my food while no one has apologized for my inconveniences. The second encounter was worse, again waited 40 for my order, I go in right when I’m supposed to pick up. I’m waiting for at least 15 minutes and while I’m waiting I’m watching food and trash get thrown all over the floor, the walls are covered in nasty yellow substances. My food was custom to literally put 2 things on it and all I got was a single tomato the size of a quarter. I’m not usually one to complain but I was very displeased and will NEVER be coming back… save your time and money.

  We haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time because of a past bad experience, but Andrea completely changed our minds! From the moment she greeted us, she was super kind, attentive, and genuinely funny, which is honestly hard to find these days at restaurants. She recommended the honey garlic cauliflower wings, and they were AMAZING. We probably wouldn’t have tried them without her suggestion, and now we’re obsessed. Everything came out perfect, and she made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. This was hands down the best service we’ve ever had. We don’t usually write reviews, but Andrea absolutely deserves it. She even got us to sign up for the rewards program, and we’ll definitely be coming back, we plan on being Andrea’s regulars from now on! If you’re going to Buffalo Wild Wings, ask for Andrea. You won’t regret it!

  I hate being this person but I need to say this 😭 I’m not very good at confrontation either, so this may be on me. We got here at 6:40pm, and got our food at 8:20pm. Our server forgot forks, so she went and got some (not enough for our table), and had to get more. I ended up getting one of those forks she had left and it was very sticky and looked as though it had sauce on it. When she returned with the other forks, I asked for a new fork. Our food was all cold, except one of us got a chicken salad. Two of us ordered wedges as our side, and even as I’m typing this out at 8:28pm they still have not come. She came back around and asked how everything was, but how am I supposed to say it really wasn’t that good and it was cold? Is a remake worth it if it’s going to take another hour and a half? I don’t know, just had to put my story out there. We’ve been here other times but it’s never been as bad

  This happened a couple of weeks ago. And while it was busy with a small party happening, we were seated in 15 minutes or less, so not extremely busy. But once seated, it was horrible. The waitress was rudely impatient when she came to take our order, and we maybe had the menu open for 2 minutes before shes asking what we wanted to drink and eat. When I said I needed a minute, she just frowned at me, so I repeated that I needed a minute. Then we waited for OVER AN HOUR to get our food, and during that time, other tables in our area left after ordering, and both my bf and I wished we had too. Our waitress didnt interact with us the whole time we were waiting, but she had plenty of time to gossip with other waiters next to the bar. Our food finally came, and the only thing hot were the fries, no exaggerating. But we were starving by that point, so we just ate as quickly as possible so we could finally leave. To get the check, I had to ask two different people, not our waitress, to get our waitress or check. This experience was so bad that we are never coming back. The only reason I'm reviewing this restaurant now is because I was on doordash for wings. So I ordered Wingstop.
