She hung up on me when trying to order a cake because I stated 7:30 AM is too early to be calling customers. When I returned her call at 10AM she was extremely rude on the phone and when I said there was no reason to be rude she stated she was cancelling my $80 order due to she needed 48 hours. Well I scheduled my pick up on Saturday so she had over 48 hrs and she hung up and I tried to call back several times and no one would answer. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION FROM THIS STORE. Brittany is the worst employee I’ve ever come across in my life! And reading all the other reviews I see they treat everyone like this! I’ve filed a corp complaint and waiting for a call back and I’m also personally contacting the owner who thank goodness is friends with friends of mine. This Brittany is psycho!

The pumpkin cheesecake spice frappe was to die for! Also had two scoops of ice cream with whipped cream and toppings, chose cotton candy as one flavor and it was very good! Will absolutely be back. My experience was totally opposite of many of the reviews.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
