    I worked in the food industry for years when I was younger. Got to the lobby at 8:47pm, closing at 11pm. Shanna, an older woman/employee, had an extremely abrasive attitude and was very rude. She acted like we shouldn't have been here. Asked for 3 honey mustards after getting food having 3 meals, she gave me 2. I asked again and she begrudgingly gave me another. We're not far enough in the North for employees to be that rude and have no customer appreciation.

    Store was out of stock on half the menu. The floor is always realy sticky in this place, almost enough to pull ur shoe off

    How is it so hard to get an order right???? Here’s a clue… or maybe you need pictures and you cannot read! But your disgusting curly fries are not CRINKLE fries!!!!!! Not one freaking time have I received crinkle fries when I ordered them. WTH unbelievable truly. It’s so convenient to have to return and argue with people that can’t read. ARBYS will be the next business to fold. It’s the little things that make people never go back

    It's freaking fast food. If you're that picky, why are you even eating it? The best part about Arby's is it's not bad and the drive-thru line is never long
