    The wonderful lady that waited on us I can tell when we walked in she was not having a very good day she was a woman of color which made no difference to me but when we walked up to the counter her whole demeanor changed and she was very sweet lady I give her a 10

    Order some food and a shake off the app. Got the there. They said they were out of shake mix. I asked if I get a refund. They just to use the app. The app just shows a complete order. I couldn't refund. I filled out a question card to get a refund. Haven't heard back from anybody. Not sure if that went anywhere. They should have marked a item out of stock if out or as least given something equivalent in person to make up for it. Instead of filling out a bunch of questions that didn't seem to do anything.

    17 bucks for 4 slices of roast beef on a bun. Never buying arbys again.

    Well, we thought that we could always depend on Arby's for a consistent experience, however, this Arby's proved that to be incorrect. The customer service was mediocre at best and the quality/quantity of the food equalled the customer service. My food tasted a bit "off" and my wife's gyro barely had any meat on it. I gave 3 stars as it was at least edible and we were exhausted and hungry.
