  I just came through there. They tried to give the car in front of me my drink and then my drink was NOT what I ordered. They gave me some coffee drink when I ordered tea. I had already driven away when I realized it. No time to go back and sit in line again. 😞

  We asked to redeem points. She said we didn’t have free drinks. When checked on our portal later, it shows we have multiple and we did not get our points from today since she entered the wrong phone number. We asked to check the number and she refused. Other employees at this location have given good service.

  first let me start off by saying DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AFTER 7PM. the employees will be intentionally rude to you and speed of service is a joke. about 2 weeks ago i came through around 8pm and a blonde girl took my order. didn’t get greeted, no convo, rushed my order with no one else in line. so i didn’t tip (which is super unusual for me). once she flipped the ipad around and noticed, she was so nasty to me. shoved my card back in my face and walked off, no words, nothing. she also rang my drink up incorrectly and waited 10 minutes for the drink at the front as she was laughing with people inside. this same scenario happened again about a week later. i just thought maybe she was having a bad day again. but no, i watched her as she did this to other cars on different occasions. tonight i had a similar experience, but with a different employee. super rude and completely the opposite of what this company stands for. i come through all the time earlier on in the day and have never had an issue, only ever at night. as a manager myself, these awful employees would’ve been fired awhile ago, as this seems to be a trend according to other reviews. management, if you’re even aware of this: if your employees don’t want to work, either replace them for people who actually do OR close early since nights are failing. thanks
