  Traffic has caused so many issues in this area. One big thing for me. I hate where the employees park because you have customers trying to pull out and I can’t see oncoming traffic and I’ve almost been hit multiple times. Please have the employees park somewhere else.

  Line has been consistently very long. Today we asked what energy drinks they have (because we always get coffee) and the answer was “a lot.” The guy working was not able to answer a single question we had and didn’t attempt to find the answer. We would have gotten out of line had we not been stuck. We’ve supported this location for a long time, but I’m not waiting 25 mins for a drink and being treated like a inconvenience for having question on a menu that isn’t posted at the back of the line.

  The people are mostly nice. They change employees a lot 😕 but for the most part a super friendly company. My husband always gets the KC Chiefs energy drink and I get the Pink Mermaid energy.

  Had the worst customer service experience. Had a few gift cards and when putting in our order for two beverages the employee stated they can’t accept the gift cards as they received a new system that doesn’t process old gift cards so they need to do a transfer balance to their new cards which they were out off. Ok that’s fine. My husband handed our card to pay as we placed an order for two beverages, employee asked which size specifically for my hot crème brûlée I stated 16 oz and my husband ordered a large iced drink. The line was extremely short yet we waited about 10 minutes with just 2 vehicles in front of us. As we pulled up to get our drinks another employee came out with my husband’s drink confirming that’s what we got. We stated there was another drink we ordered he said it wasn’t listed on the order and we only paid for one. We would have to pay for it and he can make it. At that point I really didn’t have the time or will to wait so we said it’s ok forget that drink. The fact the the employees didn’t try to better serve us because of their mistake is a bit disheartening seems like we were an inconvenience because they couldn’t accept their own gift cards and properly take the order,
