Terrible. Gift cards are either not available or can’t be redeemed… Employees are required to sit outside in the cold for long, back to back shifts… Expect to spend over $8 for a coffee if you want something better than a small cup of ice, with a little whole milk, and cheap espresso shots. I stopped by today around 2 p.m. The drive-thru was already chaotic with about five cars in line, which was surprising. When I went to pay, the cashier, a young woman with dark hair, likely in her early 20s, wearing a large green jacket because of the cold, said, “There’s a question for you.” I accidentally selected “no tip,” and she gave me a snarky look. It’s disappointing that young employees are being taught to view tipping as a requirement rather than a courtesy.
