  Placed an order on the app. Ordered a tea, and 25ct munchkins. When we arrived I was told they were out of the munchkins but had my tea ready. I was also told they are unable to refund me, and we had to go into the app to request a refund. Unfortunately the order was done as a guest. Hoping they would have a better solution. We were told to just google corporates number. It’s a shame that when we called corporate they just happened to be closed. Very disappointing. Now I’m out donuts, and money as well. I was so looking forward to trying a Dunkin donut as this was my first time ordering it. Seems like this is the last as well. To make matters worse the sweet tea smelled really bad, and tasted just as bad. I never want to go back to this location as I don’t trust their ability to fulfill my order.

  Headed to work and decide "Hey, I normally dont eat breakfast but today, TODAY, I feel like I would love a bacon and egg croissant!" After 5 minutes in line they finally hand the car in front of me a drink. Hmmm anyway wait another 3 minutes, pay and drive off. I arrive at the office aaaaaand...I get a bagel. I HATE BAGELS. No offense if you like them, not for me. Is it really that hard to distinguish between a croissant and bagel? The item in the bag was a plain bagel as well, no egg, no bacon. Plain. It was going right in the trash anyway but had to mention that observation. I guess I will continue the streak of no breakfast and never go back to this Dunkin again. Ever.

  The donuts depending on which you choose are delicious just not the dry ones some needs more moisture. However choosing them over Hurts YES!! Hurts is so dry and the prices are so high and at least Dunkin listens so 🤷 cream filled always moist and creamy at Dunkin. Hurts? Creamy on the inside but still dry as hell on the out side. So on a level rating I would give Dunkin a 9 🌟 I know this is not a Hurts Donut review and apologizes to my peps that read my reviews I just figured better to have a jump on the donuts sense we are talking about them. ✌️

  We have been standing at the counter for 5 minutes without being greeted or spoken too…. Not even a hello or welcome in. Let’s see just how long it takes to be greeted. … update .. we had to call the store and have an employee answer before anyone noticed there was anyone at the counter. Left to go to a different location
