  They are understaffed or just don't care about how many orders are going out and how. This visit was disappointing, my cup was just thrown in my bag and they do not use the pick up shelf so we have to wait until the cashier has time to ask our names to get our food. Food is always great, bit the service at this location is awful 😖

  This chipotle location is atrocious. It’s always so slow, the line is always so long and barely moves. There seemed to be enough employees but they move so slow and there’s always only 1 person making the burritos while another just stands around. I tried to do mobile pickup to avoid the line. It was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. It’s already 5:55pm. I’ve been waiting almost 30 minutes and the app only says “order received” they didn’t even start making it. Also dining in is next to impossible, each table is nasty, and has food smeared all over. The trash is always overflowing. The counters where the food is made is always dirty and the tin foil that wraps your burrito always ends up being wet and sticky. Overall just a bad location. They need employees who move at a normal human speed and know how to take the trash out and wipe counters. I’ve never left a bad review in my life but after going here a few times I really hope they just get it together.

  Staff is ALWAYS courteous. When you walk in you are greeted and presented with a clean atmosphere. The burrito crafter was precise in presenting as he was crafting. All around they are ALWAYS CONSISTENT! At check out they told me about upcoming new flavor. That keeps your customers interested for next visit. When your a chain resturant you have to stand out for others and this one does.

  Ok foods great obviously this is not the purpose of this review… there is two employees I hadnt seen showing up today @ 5pm thursday april 9th one is a larger fella that keeps picking his pants up off the floor and I saw him touch his bare ass so not only is that gross very not food safe. The other new employee is a woman with a beard just kind of a punch in the face just wanted a normal meal not stress of these two. A simple belt and a razor would fix this place lets go ahead and fix these issue please cuz we can just go down the street to the other location

  Service for doordash drivers is awful. God awful. I waited inside for 15 minutes, to introduce myself. Even with no line I got no assistance. A few people walked right past me and 3 other dashers as we sat and waited. Finally I introduced myself and they told me itd be on the cart. (Thats pushed behind the line) it wasnt. They ended up telling me itd be a bit longer. Who knows.. is that a minute. 5. 10. Its already been 15 that I waited. I ended up leaving. Communication would be awesome. We're gig workers. Not hourly. Personally, while dashing. I look for places to eat. And wont eat at establishments that take this long for the bare minimum; hi welcome in, for example. I'll stick with somewhere that wont take so much of what I consider to be valuable time.
