very gross dirty tables, short-haired lady assembling the food today complaining about her shifts and how she hates her job. she got corn and salsa all over the outside of my food bag. got my container out of the bag to find the outside of it covered in guacamole and lettuce and i didn’t even order any of those things, i guess she did not change gloves. i really feel bad for these workers because they are so understaffed. i wish corporate would take these reviews more seriously because this location has needed help for a few years now. one person making the orders, one doing mobile and online orders, and one on grill. no one on register or cleanup for the tables/dining room. also kept switching up on me saying that they were online order only today then saying they’re not, then saying they are again. very confusing.

The food is fine just like any other Chipotle. What was sad to see is the 1 and 2 employees at the front making all the orders and the manager lady at the back walking around doing nothing with 17 people in line…
No complaint about the staff making orders, sad to see “management” that doesn’t lead or help with a team is overwhelmed.

This Chipotle was a complete mess and handled my DoorDash catering pickup horribly. I accepted a catering order in advance, showed up to do my job, and was told to sit down because they were behind and would call orders out when ready. So instead of getting a clear answer right away, I was left sitting there wasting my time.
Only after I went back up and told them I was there for Taylor’s catering order did an employee finally tell me the order had been canceled and transferred to another Chipotle. The ridiculous part is that it was still active on my DoorDash app, so nobody had properly updated or communicated anything. They let me sit there waiting for an order they apparently already knew I was never going to receive.
Because of their disorganization and lack of communication, I then had to spend about 30 minutes dealing with DoorDash support just to get the order canceled. The order was supposed to pay $127, and after all that wasted time I only received $63.
This location clearly has no respect for delivery drivers’ time and no idea how to properly handle catering orders. If an order is transferred, tell the driver immediately instead of making them sit there clueless. A complete waste of my time.

Go to any other chipotle. These people are absolutely not fit to be working. The girl was moseying around getting stuck in the freezer for five minutes just to get sour cream. I was in line for 45 minutes. I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. She took nothing serious, was staring at the walls, not doing her job. They didn’t even know how to put on her gloves. This was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had. Then they kicked people out because they took too long and the restaurant closed. 47 minutes I was in this chipotle. I go to chipotle’s all over the country for work and I’ve never experienced something. This absolutely insane. They need to fire everybody and start over.

So, my husband won’t take the the time to do this BUT….i was hospitalized on a clear diet(meaning for 3 days I only got jello and chicken broth). …the ONLY thing I wanted was 3 tacos and a big sprite for my first meal in days. He went in with my specific order. It was this: Tacos. 2 chicken 1 pastor. Brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and fresh salsa on the side. Large fountain drink sprite please
He told them verbatim cuz it was was my first meal in 4 days at this point . Sprite was flat. I got no fresh salsa and alll steak tacos. He said the vibes were so bad he decided not to order anything.
I had to spend 47 min on the phone after I got home to get a refund. I will attach pics. He said the place looked like trash and he almost didn’t get me anything but he definitely decided to not buy anything. Just ew.
Also don’t tell people to go for help Mr. Owner…they are just as rude as your staff.
However beforehand I did get to eat breakfast at the hospital and you know hospital food is what is but it was WAY BETTER. I will post a pic to show
