- MEMiss Terra EdenApr 11, 20261.0We waited 20 minutes for them to make our food, and my husband had to go up to them because people behind us in line were getting their orders. They told him, "Oh we are making it fresh." He got it shortly afterwards. They had the order wrong, so went up and brought it to their attention. They said they would make a whole new sandwich. Waited for 30 more minutes. Finally, went up to ask about it and were handed nothing but a cold bun and told, "we couldn't find you." My husband called their main office to complain. We have never had bad service at Chic fil A before, ever. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But this was terrible, probably the worst service we have had at any fast food restaurant. Never eating here again, and recommend you skip it and go to the Chic Fil A down the street on Glenstone.

It is the slowest chicken fil a I have ever been to. I’ve waited 45+ minutes for a simple sandwich and fries, on a day when the mall was not busy. Never have I ever been more disappointed in a chick fil a in my life. If you plan on shopping at the battlefield mall, skip this place and go to the one on Glenstone.
