The food was hot and fries were made fresh. Their customer service is impeccable. Thank you to all the staff at this location. You all are wonderful!

However, I was told to pull up and waited while 4 cars passed by. Then after checking the bags, I was missing a Chick Fil A Sandwich with no pickles. Having to go inside was not a huge issue… I could understand since it was a big order, however the staff was extremely unwelcoming. There was a couple in front of me waiting for the cashier to get help with the change. I was standing behind them while one male employee went to drop off a mobile pick up order in the station, then gave me a side-eye and walked away without saying anything. I was holding my phone out to signal that I had a mobile order, so I figured that employee would ask if I had a mobile order or simply welcome me in. After that I attempted to talk to the cashier and she told me to hold on, so I did. Then when I explained my situation, she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the inconvenience this was. She went to the kitchen, grabbed the bag, then handed it over to say “here you go.” No friendly service like, “we sincerely apologize” or “have a nice day.” Honestly, “my pleasure” is starting to sound more like “my inconvenience.” Then come home to realize that my Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich w/ Spicy Fillet with Pickled Jalapeños was a complete disappointment. When I go to look at the sandwich, there were only two Jalapeños and one had the stem still attached to it and they looked wrinkled. HORRIBLE service.
