I have ordered from this Subway in the past and this is the very last time. My sandwich didn't have half of the condiments I ordered they only put mustard on half my sandwich it was a choke sandwich...dry as hell and when I called them on how my sandwich was made improperly they hung up on me. I will never eat at this Subway ever again. They have terrible customer service and they are rude as hell.

Ordered two foot long standard sandwiches online and picked up in store. Husband came home and we sat down to eat, my two year old and I got a steak and cheese. Husband got a cold cut combo.
I picked up the foot long toasted steak and cheese sandwich which was wrapped and just out of the bag .Immed immediately, I knew that something was wrong with my sandwich as it just seemed like it was bread upon opening the sandwich. The first thing I said when I opened it was they forgot to put steak on it. It was just spinach, some Roma tomatoes, and a bunch of white sauce, the meat looks like canned cat food and was not up to temperature. Looks like it might have been toasted, but was soggy. I could not allow us to eat it. I took it up to Subway. I just asked if I could have a regular sandwich instead immediately with hesitation and dirty looks and the shorter Indian man came out loud abrasive and almost yelling at me about the sandwich before he even saw it, he looked at the sandwich and said is that steak I said if you’re asking me then I’m not sure. I said it doesn’t look like anything I’ve ever seen from before. The two other people just sat there silently with their mouth open. Not sure what to do while the shorter older man was already very defensive, talking very quickly about the meat on the other end of the counter, he says look this is the steak and I said I’m sorry, but I don’t think that you’re preparing it correctly. That’s not anything I’ve ever seen before. He kept talking arguing escalated himself into kind of a situation that got awkward I was backing out of the door and I said you can just keep the sand. I don’t want it. I can’t eat that. I said it’s just disgusting. Would you eat that sandwich not one of them answer me the name say that and I said even without the meat on it, I said look at the rest of it. I said that’s not OK to eat. He was arguing and bickering while the taller skinny Indian guy said OK I’ll make you a sandwich saying it’s okay it’s okay. He knew that the other man had escalated the entire situation at that point. It was really uncalled for and I was just immediately attacked by them and met with negativity. They acted like one sandwich with spinach on it was going to set them back. I had it open on the counter and asked them if they would eat it. Still no one would say yes. I said that’s fine you can keep my sandwich and my money and I left.
I have never driven back to a restaurant once and I’m 41 to return a slightly questionable food order or even a wrong order. I’m not that kind of customer. I did not walk in expecting to be met with apologies and what not. See pictures and tell me if you would eat that.
Would you let your children eat that?
If this is what Smithville is allowing these people to get away with, they need to quit complaining about any of the other restaurants around. This is a meat product that has been improperly heated and reheated and has most likely violated time and temperature regulations for the last two weeks. Subway as a company would be embarrassed.
