  This delivery was originally scheduled to Drury Suites in Miner. They decided to Deliver the original cold Pizza with no napkins no condiments. Did not make the customer aware that it was a DoorDash item once they couldn’t get the pizza out themselves. This special was advertised as an online option only . To avoid this, we would’ve been willing to come and get it ourselves. They still tried to deliver the pizza but they didn’t even take the time to remake the pizza after pay $15.96 for a cold Pizza that’s been driving around in the DoorDash car. they lied and said that they called us multiple times and only called us one time. We stood in the hotel lobby for the longest time waiting for them to walk in, but somehow the address of the actual Pizza Hut address got in the delivery section, but still, this was not the proper way to deal with the situation and the pizza like I said, was cut, unevenly and cold and nasty by the time we got it. person was not willing to resolve the matter in the proper way to please customer. I would rate this experience less, but the site would not allow me. Normally, I’m a tipper, but with the service that I had, I would never tip these people and plus I don’t give tips on my cards. Only in person! And honesty, I think that’s the reason why the DoorDash person did not what make no real effort to get me my pizza !

  Their pepperoni melt is my absolute favorite, always a delicious dinner for one especially for only around $7. We always use the pick up window but they’re always friendly too!

  Ordered carry out. Both pizzas were made wrong. Toppings 100% wrong. Spent 35 minutes on hold trying to get it reconciled. Still waiting.

  Ordered for delivery today. Ordered a pub cut, pepperoni and mushroom with regular sauce and received a regular cut, sausage and mushroom that was cold. Can't send it back but Uber Eats took care of the tab. I'm really confused as to why getting an order right is so difficult. Nope, I won't use Pizza Hut again.
