Horrible service!!!! Oder taker needs to take some lessons in customer service she sucked!!!! Food was made wrong and they got an attitude when I wanted it nade again and done correctly!!

Got in the drivethru at 10:30pm. 4 cars were already in line at the windows. Everything says that they stay open until 11pm. The intercom says it’s automated “do you have an online order”. I say no. I wait 6 minutes before i start asking for help. No answer. I move to the other intercom. Same thing. I go ahead and place an online order. I go ahead and pull to the first window. Again, no answer. I wait for the last car to get their food and drive off. I pull to the main window. Again, no answer. I wait several more minutes and finally I see one of the workers peeking around the corner at me trying to hide. It is now 10:55 and I am about to lose it. Someone finally comes to take the teas out. I begin yelling that I have an online order. She says, “we’re closed”. I ask about my order. She says, “ you’ll get your money back.” I will NEVER go back.

We waited 25 minutes while it was not busy for 2 large fries, a happy meal, and a 10 piece nugget. We had 4 out of 6 from the happy meal and her extra fries weren't there either. The nuggets were lukewarm at best and we watched them stand at the line on there phones
