  Pulled up at the drive thru and waited to order. I said “hello” several times while two other cars ordered and pulled forward in the other lane after I got there. Finally, someone asked for my order. I told them I wanted the McDouble value meal, but wanted to upsize to a medium fry and medium drink. The employee told me they could do the drink, but it was against policy to upsize the fry. I explained to her, politely, that I’ve done it several times at this location, as well as at others. She persisted and tried to charge me more than what I know the meal is supposed to be. I, again, politely explained the price of what it should be. The manager came on and said it was not possible to upsize the fry, which I know to be untrue because I’ve done it time and time again. I decide to leave without ordering. I get on the mobile app and you CAN indeed order what I was trying to order for the price I’ve paid previously. I tried calling SEVERAL times to let them know it’s possible for future customers, but the phone was left unanswered. Extremely disappointed!

  Clean the place up, floors dirty, table tops dirty, guys bathroom dirty, manager talking on phone discussing why employee can't take off, the front counter is not the place for this, our party got all fries without salt, the ownership probably check in unannounced on weekends, but one employee was cleaning up the outside of the facility, kudos to him, I should have visited Wendy's instead.

  Flipping people off, goofing off, rolled eyes at me, rude,disrespectful, and aired over 20 minutes for mcchicken, spilled multiple drinks, forgot part of my order, worst experience ever, total chaos, maybe you should put a manager on the night shift, just a bunch of kids goofing off and not working.9:00-9:30

  I had a good experience. The self order kiosk was frustrating as it didn't recognize my finger selections. My companion was kind enough to order for me.
