- HBHolly Beggs5 days ago4.0I placed an online order through the restaurant’s website for lunch. When I arrived to pick it up, no one was present at the front counter. I was first in line, and a few other customers and I waited for about five minutes before someone came out from the kitchen. Although she seemed rushed, she was kind and helpful. She assisted the customers behind me first, since they were dining in, and then retrieved my order. The establishment itself is very open with plenty of available seating. There are numerous TVs displaying various games, as you would expect in a restaurant and bar setting. The lighting is dim but sufficient, and the large windows along the front of the building bring in natural light. The recent remodel has made the space feel noticeably larger and more inviting. Once I returned to my office to eat, I noticed that the dressing for my salad was missing. Fortunately, I had some extra dressing at work. Other than that, the food was excellent. I’ve never had a truly negative experience at this location, and I definitely recommend dining here!

I understand they were understaffed but Alexus (Lexi) who was our waitress walked by us multiple times, she even waited on people who got their 30 minutes after us. She looked at us straight in the face multiple times and walked by every single time seeing we had not even had our drinks yet. If it wasn’t for TJ we would still be sitting there right now. I’ve heard multiple people have complaints about Lexi.
