    No soap in the women's restroom and there were employees using it so obviously they were not washing their hands. My husband said the men's restroom floor was so sticky with urine that his shoes stuck to the floor. Trash cans outside were overflowing. We were there at 3:20 in the afternoon and they were not busy. Someone should have been cleaning!

    This location is absolute TRASH! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They get every single order wrong, even if you don't custom order anything special.. Don't bother ordering a large fry, they put the same amount of fries as a medium. We actually compared the amount...it was the same. Don't even think about asking for no sauce on something or asking for extra onions on a burger, it's like they intentionally make stuff wrong if you ask to customize something. The last few times we have gone, the order was incorrect. Once we order two #9 meals (2 cheesburger meal) with extra onion. We got triple ketchup and no onions at all. We actually had to take the burger apart and wipe off the ketchup. On our last order we asked for no sauce on the chicken wrap...it was drowning in ranch and hardly had any lettuce or cheese. It was a ranch wrap with chicken. These are not the only examples, just the most recent. The other issues were not giving us the right order etc. We are done with this location. They do not care, they are never prepared and you ALWAYS have to pull around a wait, even when they are not busy. Also, your lucky if your fries are hot...it is a rarity if they are. THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE.
