  We had a frustrating experience at Subway recently. My husband arrived at 8:20 PM, 10 minutes before their posted 8:30 closing time, and the staff made it very clear they were unhappy about it. He felt so uncomfortable that he only ordered two out of the three sandwiches we needed. On top of that, we had tried placing an online order beforehand, but the system wouldn’t allow it and said they were already closed at 8:15. It’s disappointing when posted hours don’t match the actual experience, and customers feel rushed or unwelcome even when arriving before closing.

  The service was really quick, and the sandwich artist Lucas was very polite!

  The gentleman that made our subs was Lucas, he’s was awesome and very polite. Subs were delicious 😋 thanks Lucas

  The subway in Seneca is horrible. 2 kinds of bread to choose from? Since when? They were very careless today and had to be reminded several times on what we ordered to put it in the register to total us up. Finally after going through the options of what to order that I know ever other subway around has and the kid behind the counter saying we don’t have that I just said I would prefer nothing and drive to Joplin to eat. Also I heard another customer say to his son that he was gonna wait to eat somewhere else because this place is nasty with the options to choose from. Pretty sad guys y’all need to do better with getting the right products and better employees. Do better!
