  Waited 30min longer then what pick up time should have been food was cold and terrible

  We waited for at least ten minutes, at the window, for our order. Three of us ordered sandwiches. Mine was a bacon ranch that not only didn't have a single piece of bacon on it, but it was extremely sparce of ALL the other ingredients that are supposed to be on that sandwich, and it was cold. All of us also ordered Mac & cheese. It too was cold. The drinks we ordered were made first and we could see them sitting by the drive-thru window. When we finally got our food, we were given the drinks and what little ice that was in them to start with, was nearly all melted. The lady at the window was nice and did apologize for our wait. But, that certainly didn't help the food, nor how negatively I feel about that place.

  McDonald's has better customer service. With four people in front of me in line I had to wait 15 minutes to get to the counter. Another 15 for my hot food and it arrived lukewarm. Tea and lemonade containers were empty. I will not be returning.

  After older manager left, everything changed in this place. Their soda machine now has clorox smell in their drinks, pastries are made different and bathrooms are very dirty. Please, do something about!

  Disheartening... I really like Panera and I dont get to go very often. Today I ordered (Iced vanilla latte, whole chicken fontega) and waited 30min for them to hand me the incorrect sandwich and a coffee that tasted like there was no espresso in it. I then waited 20min more before they got around to correcting my sandwich only to find they barely put any chicken in it. It was over an hour before I left due to this wait time, and I wasnt even full from spending almost $20.
