I've been patient for a long time, but... I ordered 40 chicken nuggets to go, and they only gave me 20. I realized this when I got home. This isn't the first time they've forgotten to put something in or mixed it up! They gave me mustard instead of ranch dressing. The potatoes were very dry. They didn't seem fresh, and the oil was probably too old, because sometimes the potatoes are bitter. I can't keep coming back from home if something is wrong. I'm in a hurry, so I don't always have time to check if everything from my order is in the bag. So I refilled my empty glass with free Cola a couple of times to at least smooth things over, which happens sometimes. But they noticed and told me not to do it again. You need to be more responsible and attentive to your orders. Just like you do with your drinks. I've started going inside and ordering only because I have to wait about 30 minutes at the drive-thru. Please do better your job. And load receipt paper into the self-service machine. I never have receipts.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell you to pull around and wait another 15 minutes. Terrible customer service I won’t be coming back!

This was the first time in a long time that a real person was ready and waiting to take my order. The real shocker...my order was hot and correct!!!

This mcdonalds is super slow. Their management is very rude and it takes 30 minutes to get a menu item that I know for a fact is pre made and then microwaved. Wish I could say this is the first time. But its not. Don't worry, you'll be pulled forward out of the drive through line and then forgotten about just so they can meet the time limit on their drive through lines.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever ever been to in Missouri. Food sucks , staff? What staff? I walked in and there was noone at the counter for the 4 minuts I waited then I left. I went 1 other time and literally was in the drive thru line for 37 min. I was blocked in or I would have left after the 7 minute mark
