Besides that the young lady has an attitude problem I ordered at the kiosk and was waiting to pay at counter for 10 minutes and she had yelled at me to pay. She also forgot my other cup and she was like “what do you need another cup” rudely this was a horrible experience.

Has McDonald's employees forgotten how to communicate?

Line is wrapped around the building and the workers are just coming out and chit chatting, complaining about having to train new people for the new store opening across town. Highly unprofessional and genuinely disappointed. Complain when it’s not slammed and talk to your friends at a different time
