  I walk in and ask what's 50% is it everything on menu they said online only. I said we'll im here and they online only i went online and ordered a sandwich and got no discount it's stupid make it clear and be nice about it im not ever ordering from this place ever again and your tv ad sucks domino's

  We live in Stover and when we get to Sedalia we always get dominoes yesterday we ordered two large two toppers, mine was thin crust and mushrooms with olives, his was new Yorker with tomatoes and the kids working were awful, did not use gloves took our money then made our pizzas, acted like they hated being there...I was sick within the hour by midnight puking and sick as can be till morning, pretty sure the mushrooms were bad. Not sure if I'll ever eat pizza again. Definitely won't be going back there . When you're making pizza please wear gloves .

  Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service We placed an online order with this Domino’s location, and I stopped in to pick it up on my way home from work. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The marinara sauces I ordered and paid for were not included in the pickup order. I had to ask for them at the counter, and had I not noticed, I would’ve driven an hour home without them. Frankly, charging extra for marinara with cheesy bread is questionable to begin with—it should be included. Our order consisted of two cheesy breads, four marinara sauces, and one Italian sausage marinara. After the hour-long drive home, my family and I were very disappointed. The Italian sausage marinara had only a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the dish—barely anything there—and the cheesy breads were noticeably smaller than usual, with minimal cheese. We’ve ordered these items for years and this order was significantly below standard. Worse yet, when I called the store to speak with a manager, I was put on hold and left there for 25 minutes without anyone picking up. I hung up and called again, only to be disconnected mid-call. On the third attempt, I was told a “manager in training” was available, but I requested to speak to the actual manager. Finally, after over 30 minutes, I was able to speak with Josh. He claimed he didn’t know I had been waiting—something I find hard to believe given the circumstances. As a long-time customer, I’m incredibly disappointed—not just in the portion sizes and food quality, but in the total lack of accountability and customer care. I do not recommend this Domino’s location for your family’s meals. Poor service, poor food, and a clear need for staff training. Domino’s, if you value your customers, please do better.
