A late straggler to our group came in and was told she wasn’t allowed to come sit with us by the host. When we asked why he responded disrespectfully that he would go get the manager. The manager didn’t seem to give any concern and was also unprofessional. We gladly left and spent our money somewhere else. Customer service doesn’t seem to be very important to this particular establishment. Will not be returning as there are plenty other restaurants who are interested in making money.

Finally, seated ourselves to then be told we needed to move to another section. The waitress assigned to us was beyond rude and sarcastic. While waiting on the food, another patron came in and she had the same experience as we did. The waitress we had totally ignored her. The food is subpar and our waitress was beyond subpar. Do yourself a favor, skip the Sedalia Buffalo Wild Wings and drive to the K.C. metro area to one. Buffalo Wild Wings in Sedalia is horrible.
