If they don't have something available, they should simply state that it’s not available instead of putting a substitute. I placed my order as a meal at the counter, but the staff member seemed distracted and took individual orders instead. The girls working the day shift appear to be ready to argue with customers, as if they are trained to be confrontational. The size of the chicken tenders is smaller than usual, resembling a child's meal.

- DDDriverNov 13, 20251.0If I could leave a SERO I would. Don't go during a shift change because nothing can be done and the staff is young which means they could care less. You ever wonder why drivers sit in a fuel island - SOMETIMES it is because food and or restrooms are the hold up.
