This one, right here in Salem MO, is by far the cleanest, friendliest, most professional Mc Donald's I've even been too. Tableside service for condiments, all items places nicely in the bag and not thrown in. Food was actually nicely made. I would not have believed this was a real McDonald's but it is and I'm glad we're moving to town.

I've gotten fries that were perfect and hot, then tonight, been under the heat lamp too long. My double cheeseburger looked HORRIBLE. There was nobody there, so I am not sure why it was a sloppy mess I applied and interviewed to no avail with over 20 years cooking experience. But this is how you would let food go out, not on my watch. Sad. Maybe next time I can get a decent meal.
