    Used to be good. Now food tastes horrible , fountain is filthy and so is behind the counter. Orders incomplete, baked potatoes not fluffed and found red string in it. They need to improve their professionalism, attitude, details and sanitation. Not going back to St Robert Wendy's.

    After sitting in the drive through line for more than 10 minutes I finally went inside. The boy at the register was asking someone to use their fingerprint to clear his register, after asking 4 times the “manager” chick yelled at him “you’re going to have to wait can’t you see I’m busy” as there’s 3 other employees standing around watching. It’s ridiculous to speak to an employee like that in front of customers and other employees!!! She pretty much told me to make a complaint against her. So in other words she could care less!!

    Food was fine, took too damn long to get stuff, what I'm most pissed about is their drink carriers, the shoved 6 drinks onto 1 carrier and then they fell out of the holders, every single one at different points. I changed the way I held it and everything, I'm extremely disappointed in this billion dollar company
