Food was good, the Restaurant was mostly clean (8/10) but the staff behind the counter - specifically the younger ladies are just plain rude and dismissive, too busy gossiping and horsing around when folks are trying to place orders.

Went through the drive thru to order. Was approached with attitude over the speaker, no greeting. I was cut off and told my total before I could add to my order. Nice guy at the window helped us. Met the girl at the second window and she still gave attitude. Very rude. Will not be eating here again. Customer service comes first and so does being kind.

Food was smashed from over stuffing items in bags, sandwiches weren’t wrapped properly, and shredded lettuce on cheeseburgers. I have never had shredded lettuce on a sandwich from Wendy’s until today. What’s the problem Dave? Is Wendy okay? You all can do better👎🏿.

Whoever was working drive thru was incredibly rude. No one cashed me out at the first window so I pulled up just to get yelled at to back up. And the lady handing food out doesn’t know how to say a simple “no problem” or “you’re welcome” when someone thanks them.
