They need to improve their professionalism, attitude, details and sanitation. Not going back to St Robert Wendy's.

The boy at the register was asking someone to use their fingerprint to clear his register, after asking 4 times the “manager” chick yelled at him “you’re going to have to wait can’t you see I’m busy” as there’s 3 other employees standing around watching. It’s ridiculous to speak to an employee like that in front of customers and other employees!!! She pretty much told me to make a complaint against her. So in other words she could care less!!

I changed the way I held it and everything, I'm extremely disappointed in this billion dollar company
