What’s missing every single time (I’m not exaggerating) is basic human interaction. No greeting, no “thank you,” no “have a good day.” The bag just gets handed over in silence. I always say “thanks, have a good day,” and never get a response. I get that fast food isn’t glamorous, but basic courtesy takes seconds. If the human element is going to be completely removed, you might as well have a robot hand me my food. At least then the silence would make sense. Food is fine. The experience feels lifeless.

You don't go to Wendy's for the atmosphere that's for sure but on top of that the service was wonderful though. For fast food that's extremely cheap go for it

They need to improve their professionalism, attitude, details and sanitation. Not going back to St Robert Wendy's.

The boy at the register was asking someone to use their fingerprint to clear his register, after asking 4 times the “manager” chick yelled at him “you’re going to have to wait can’t you see I’m busy” as there’s 3 other employees standing around watching. It’s ridiculous to speak to an employee like that in front of customers and other employees!!! She pretty much told me to make a complaint against her. So in other words she could care less!!
