  I go there a lot because of price. I get the same thing every time. I've paid a different price every time.

  Absolutely terrible service. I ordered one of the new chicken burritos with the avocado ranch, and was excited to eat it, but when I bit into it i almost chipped a tooth on these burnt, rock hard chicken strips that they put in my burrito. I work in the restaurant industry and have never seen this level of disrespect to a customer. That cook knew damn well the chicken was burnt, but they gave it to me anyway. It infuriates me to no end that this location still hasn't removed and or replaced the careless staff that work here. I hope that taco bell corporate sends an agent down to get this store in order. Do your job right or go work somewhere that isn't a restaurant. 10/10 DO NOT EAT HERE. The manager also hung up on me after i reiterated to her that it’s important she tells the chef that it's not okay to be doing that. She didn’t care just said come back for a free one tomorrow. It’s not about free food it’s about the principle. I get were ordering at night at 11 pm but the place closes at 3am. Not cool.

  New kiosk system is terrible, its not easy to use and glitchy. Bring back people at a register. The process took nearly 5 mins to order my food and the system didnt print my recipt only forcing me to provide email or phone number. The staff forgot to give me my sauce and drink as well. Will not be going to taco bell again until this is fixxed. Modernizing dose not mean removing an entire system. Terrible experiance.

  I do not like the fact you order at a Kiosk. Takes a lot longer then telling a human what you would like.
