I asked a customer, waiting for his order, how to place an order, and pay with cash. He was able to get the attention of a team member to help me. She came from behind the counter and began pushing options on the kiosk display. She was hurried and I felt lost. I might have ordered differently, or chosen an add-on, like guacamole, but she chose for me. It was a weird experience. I figure that this is a way to be more efficient, or eliminate jobs and errors. Menu and options were vast and a bit overwhelming. Prices were fair. I would rather have simply placed an order with the employee. Too impersonal. The place was clean and I did leave "happy-ish".
