Sweet young man. I believe his name was Austin here at the St. Roberts Sonic. The Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito was very fresh and tasty.

I always stop at Sonic every evening before I get off of work. Last year I excused the the drywall screw that was in my shake which I wouldn't even begin to know how it even got there in the first place. Even ordered my same order, I got home and my large tater tot with cheese and onions had half crinkled french fries and burnt rock hard Tater tots. Not a big deal my husband goes up there and gets another order of them. She said that she would have them waiting so therefore once again they weren't fresh nasty as can be and I'm very very upset that I have to leave a post like this. My husband drives around to the front window because the red-headed lady told him over the phone that they would be ready for whenever he got there so therefore not fresh. got them back home again and they were absolutely disgusting. Before even getting these back home she decided to tell my husband what she thought about him pulling up straight to the window and grabbing them without talking to the speaker at the menu. She was very very rude. I'm not one to make negative post about restaurant Industries because I work with one myself but it was very unethical and very disrespectful and for my food to supposedly be fresh it was made before he could even walk out the house. My belief is if you're going to have people in your kitchen working teenagers or adults they need decency and respect they will not get my service again which is sad because that's where I used to go to Every night. But after about 3 or 4 times of dealing with nasty food where my food order being wrong or drywall screws in my shake and crazily almost choked on it but I left it alone. WON'T BE GOING BACK ITS MORE OF A PARTY IN THERE KITCHEN THAN ANYTHING. The fact that when my husband did call she cut him off more than four times while he was trying to finish his sentence. I would never have anybody working in an industry like that with me. Training needs to happen a little bit of respect and decency to. And yes my husband went straight for the window because she said that she would have it ready for whenever he got there so once again not fresh so he tried to get it as fast as possible because they made it while we were talking to him on the phone while we were at our house 10 minutes away. Out of decency we brought the rock hard tater tots and french fry combination that was put together for me back to the restaurant so they could see out of due respect because that's what people should do. She said she didn't want to look at it she didn't care and to hold on to it or throw it away. I speak very highly on places that I go to when they have courtesy. Every place has mistakes and everybody makes mistakes we are all human but that was freaking absurd
