  Placed an online order to be delivered, and saw that my order had been marked as delivered, called and I was told it was always marked as delivered 5 minutes before it was actually delivered. 20 minutes later I was told again it was 5 minutes out. After another 10 minutes was told it was now 10 minutes out. We asked for a refund and guess what showed up on our door 20 minutes later? We told the delivery driver we cancelled the order and he admitted they mark orders as delivered early. It had been “on its way” for over a hour. Will never be ordering from this location again.

  Ordered 6 items and only 3 made it to us. Driver said he would go back to store and be back. Called the store 50 minutes later and they tell me that they processed a refund. I told them I wanted my items, not a refund and that it was frustrating. Her exact snarky response was "yes well it was also frustrating for us that the driver didn't tell us that". And then proceeded to tell us to just replace the order. Refunds take 5-10 business days to hit accounts. Honestly ridiculous all around and the customer service afterwards just made it 10x worse.

  These deliveries are slow and they mark as delivered 30-45 minutes before you actually get it.

  Don’t order from this location. They mark orders as delivered to make their delivery times good, but they don’t actually deliver the food until 30-60 minutes later. It will take you 1.5-2 hours to get food.
