- ILIshmael Larkins5 days ago1.0Took my Dad here who came from out of town. Wings took 1 hour to come out and we're absolutely bland and cold. Ordered the lemon pepper and buffalo and probably the worst wings I have ever had. This place can do better. Highly disappointed because I wasted my money and time.

Witnessed other people having incorrect orders for takeout and wait times over estimated times. The guy giving out the orders was nice though.

Although it appeared to be a little short staffed or around shift change, we were seated quickly and was taken care of by our waiter Will. He was pleasant, very communicative with us, and personable. Food and service was excellent. Would definitely ignore any of the previous reviews. We had an excellent time. Will was great, would highly recommend.

And this all started 5 years ago and places still aren't prepared. Like this BWW. I called in an order an hour ahead of time and it wasn't ready when I pulled up.....I swam thru a crowd of door dashers who were all waiting with the same look on their face. These places are suffering from unmotivated workers or short staffing. This review likely won't change anything but I'll never return. My suggestion: build a better call in/door dash system and also do a mass hiring event to pick better people.
