  Props to the young man at the drive through window tonight. He was very positive and appeared to be very excited to work tonight. I expressed that it was nice to see someone having a great time this evening! Thank you for putting your own spin on customer service

  Don't pay for extra anything on your food. You won't get it but they'll certainly take your money for it. Some of the employees sounded annoyed that they had to talk to and help people at the counter...even though there's a sign telling people to use the counter if paying with cash.

  This is my local Taco Bell and man everytime I go in the food is nice and fresh. Tastes great But there’s an African American young lady, don’t know her name but she works in the drive through. Awful awful attitude every single time… rushes you to order then makes it seem like you’re an inconvenience for spending money at the place that signs her paychecks. Only thing that keeps me coming back and not going to the location 5 mins the other way is everyone else at this location. Everyone else is very nice and makes you feel welcome. I never want anyone to lose their job but this employee needs further training etc.
