    Never had a problem until I used doordash to order, took 45 minutes and gave my dasher cups of ice cream when we ordered meals , and then all employees refused to fix it or do anything about it because they had closed 2 minutes prior. The whole order costed 45 dollars because of the ridiculous prices of sonic and doordash but this was NOT doordashes fault.

    Very disappointed. I had placed an online pick up order and once we got our food, my burger was super cold, fries were soggy and stuck together, no napkins, I asked for ketchup and none was in the bad, no pickles on my burger that I asked for either. I ordered a sonic blast as well and when he brought my food he said “our machine is broken” so they couldn’t make my ice-cream. Never even got offered a refund. Funny thing is, my dad went up about an hour later, ordered a blast and he received it- so the machine was clearly not broken. They probably just didn’t want to make my ice-cream. I always have issues with this sonic so I’ll not be coming back.

    I have been a customer of theirs for a long time and i've been using the men's bathroom while i'm there. I've noticed that the bathroom has not been cleaned for at least three weeks. There's trash all over the place.It smells like pee and it's disgusting. I'm just wondering if the bathroom is that bad how would the inside of the restaurant look where the public cannot see. I contacted sonic two times in the last week about the cleanliness of the bathroom and nothing had happened. I contacted the St.Charles county, health department and left them a message, and hopefully between this review and the county doing their inspections, the restaurant can get cleaned. I'm so afraid that somebody's going to get sick eating there.

    Usually I do not like going to Sonic, but I have to say my son and I wanted to try the new $6 meal and it was very good! Whom ever was working this evening should get a raise. This was the first time I have ever enjoyed eating at this Sonic. Great job team!
