Tonight waited 5 minutes before getting acknowledged (and only because we spoke up several times), and was told it'd be a 20 minute(40 minute?) wait. The drive thru and parking lot were empty. Then they told us they were out of all frosties except vanilla, (sure, fine,) and also out of all the syrups for the frosty swirls too(???). Maybe there's a chance just everything in the world went wrong and all these things are true and out of staff's hands, but given my consistent experiences with this place, I have no reason to give the benefit of the doubt. I'm not gonna be that person that expects every fast food employee to be giving their heart and soul to the job, but it's just true that night service has been awful. So be warned, I guess. If you want wendy's at night, pick another wendy's that wants customers. Or go to the hardee's nearby instead! Their service was great!
