I have ordered online and arrived to be told they were closed due to labor shortages. Inside is disgusting. Areas are dirty and in need of a deep clean. Orders are consistently wrong and manager does not manage employees in any way.

Rude service, awkward interactions, and zero accountability or even basic gratitude. Today was the last straw — the worst drive-thru service I’ve ever had, thanks to Diya. I’m officially done with this location. If you’re reading this, I’d suggest going to a different one… or honestly, just choosing a better food option altogether.

He was obviously done with prior customers and accused me of being inebriated when ordering. It was late because I had been to holiday get togethers and drank nothing but water. Great accusation. Im sure your customers will love the service and attitude....I left the line and went home and cooked frozen chicken from Costco instead. Never have I ever been insulted and treated this way.....someone needs to give training to the night time workers here....they lack manners and common sense. Poor rating for sure
