  I visited via drive threw the Cottleville location around 5:30-6pm on 01/17. The young man in the drive thru was wonderful. Very respectful, super kind. Just when you think being a gentleman has been lost, you run into someone like this young man, and have hope. My window was frozen shut and he just overly accommodated without pause to make sure I got everything safely in my car. I really appreciate the high standard ❤️. SIDENOTE: fyi to the owner...your Mexican pizza shells taste old and toxic. You may want to check them. This is my second time ordering a Mexican pizza from this location and the staff is GREAT but those Mexican pizza shells are really gross. Both times threw them out.

  Did drive through and had to repeat my order 4 times. They still couldn't grasp no sour cream or beans. The cook cuts in over the intercom with attitude and says so you only want bread/tortilla, you don't want meat or anything. I told her I want everything except sour cream and beans? She then told someone to throw something away because I didn't want that? It's like I was speaking another language. She got no meat from that! Pulled to window and I asked the clerk if there was issue with these burritos and she kept getting distracted by the cook in the back and finally answered no. I was given the food and of course it was all wrong. I received nacho cheese fries so I told her and ahe asked to see, as this happened that same cook swung around and with attitude asked what did you order. I calmly told her just nachos. She said well we can't take that back and angrily got me the correct order. Both the burritos I received the cheese wasn't melted, a dollop of nacho cheese was applied, I had to open it to see if there was any on it plus it looked like they put a soft taco inside of a burrito shell. Disgusting and will never return there.

  This place has gone seriously downhill in the past 6 months. Service is horrible, especially inn the evenings. I have ordered online and arrived to be told they were closed due to labor shortages. Inside is disgusting. Areas are dirty and in need of a deep clean. Orders are consistently wrong and manager does not manage employees in any way.

  I used to come to this location multiple times a week because my son loves Taco Bell and it’s the closest one to us. Lately though, it’s been really weird. Rude service, awkward interactions, and zero accountability or even basic gratitude. Today was the last straw — the worst drive-thru service I’ve ever had, thanks to Diya. I’m officially done with this location. If you’re reading this, I’d suggest going to a different one… or honestly, just choosing a better food option altogether.
