    Well over an hour wait most times I've ordered and the pizza has been very greasy. Parking lot almost always full no spots to park even if You order online it's still toss up and have got several pizzas that were clearly the wrong size, but in a bigger box

    I usually come to this location because they do a decent job but after the abomination they served me tonight I wont be back. They didnt make the pizza correctly, made me wait 15 mins longer than the projected time, and it was severely undercooked. Threw it away after one slice. With prices these days, mistakes like these are criminal.

    Im confused as to why one person was scheduled to work alone the night before Halloween. I went to go pick up my pizza and there is one guy working alone managing like 10 orders as the phone was going off the hook and I was standing in the lobby with 5 others who were waiting. He was very nice to me and my order was hot and accurate, but he was visibly upset at the situation as I would be too because absolutely no reason one person should be running a whole store on one of probably the busiest weekends for pizza.

    Literally our pizzas were upside down and folded in half when my kids opened the box. Called the store on 10/30/2025 at 10:30pm and the manager hung up on me when I told him what happened. Worst Papa John’s ever!!!!
