Refused to pay back the total amount, tax or tip, so I had them send me a side free of charge… which hopefully will arrive. Otherwise the food is very good. Today’s delivery was fast, just incomplete. My rating is based on the fact that they didn’t follow through with automatic refund. I had to waste time on call and hold to then not get refunded. Now I’m waiting for it to be resolved. We will see.

People make mistakes, but Donald solved the issue FAST!! I didn't want the refund, I wanted the pizza. If I were a TERRIBLE customer, I probably could've gotten both but NO NEED!! THIS is our new Papa John's location!! Thanks again Donald.
