I got through their orders just fine, but when I was asked if that was it, which I answered with 'no', I got cut off by whoever was taking orders, talked over me when I tried to say I wasn't done, bulldozed over me, and closed out the order entirely. Paid just fine to someone else who looked like she wanted to be anywhere but work. When I got to pick up the kid's orders, because parents can't eat apparently, the lady asked what sauce the kids wanted, which is always and forever ketchup. Handed me the happy meals and we left. We just now opened the boxes and found BBQ sauce which my kids hate. Not a good experience and will be boycotting this location forever.
- CBConner BellDec 20, 20252.0Went through here twice today first time around 2 and the food was hot enough but I didn’t even get 10 nuggets in my ten peice and they gave us no napkins, and just now I went through and was in line for at least 10 minutes which wasn’t the biggest issue except in that 10 minutes they could’ve gotten me fresh nuggets or had at least 10 minute old nuggets instead of the hours old nuggets I was given that literally tasted like rubber and made almost rubber sounds when I bit into it, and not even 20 minutes before my friend had went through and expirenced similar issues but his fries and nuggets were cold, I am very disappointed because I usually get great food here even at night. And both of these events I used points for so it’s not like I can get a refund of rewards or anything so I kinda screwed myself out of 12,000 points in nuggets
