  Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with a large lemonade and fresh fries...no lemonade and when I got my fries they were soggy and greasy...I knew they were not fresh...I asked the employee if I could have fresh fries and told him what was wrong with the ones I had...he looked me in the face and said they just came out of the fryer..a bold face lie...I will never go there again...this was on Jan 11th at 1:30 am

  Came here for a door dash on Tuesday December 23rd around 12:15pm. I waited to the side after not seeing my order, after 30 minutes of waiting I finally told a worker why I was waiting. I had two ladies in line in front of me standing to pay for their order from the kiosk. An older lady behind the counter was getting frustrated with it being busy (typical and understandable because it’s noon and very busy), but she continued to say “you guys can stand there and waste your time cause I’m not helping you just use the kiosk” and consistently complaining about how busy it was. I genuinely giggled out of frustration because how are you going to say that to people waiting patiently. Nobody responded to her rudeness. The lady continually saw me waiting at the front counter FOR ALMOST AN HOUR for a ten nugget and small fry for a DoorDash. I waited an hour for an order I was only getting roughly $3 for, which wouldn’t have been a problem if this worker didn’t absolutely ruin my day with her terrible attitude and service. I had eventually asked her to get me a manager and she said “ok” and then never got her for me. I eventually had to yell back for a manager to come over which is a lot for me because I don’t usually do that and I once worked at McDonald’s and was a manager so I have empathy for the employees. The manager was quick and didn’t look at me once. There was enough people there who could have helped front counter, AND if you’re going to talk smack to your costumers go to the back to where they can’t hear you. Thanks for my hour wait for $3. If you want an actual good quick experience at a McDonald’s definitely don’t go to this one 😂 there’s another one a block over.

  They will always mess up your order. I asked for no onions there separate and got onions every time The manager argued with me about the onions on the burger

  The drive thru wouldn't let me use my free reward code without buying something so I had to put it in as a mobile order instead.

  We drove up at 11:30 approximately and sat there for 5 minutes with no greeting, no ill be with you in a moment. Nothing. So we drove off thinking they are closed. The big guy with a beanie on was standing there fiddling with his hands staring out the window as we drove by. Why are you open 24 hours if you aren't taking orders at 11:30 with a line full of cars. Absolutely ridiculous. I even tried calling and no answer.
