Ordered food around 1030 pm at the kiosk with a tent number and sat down. Food came up and our name was called - What’s the point of the tent? I can get over picking up my own food, but the issue was the burgers and fries were cold. Brought it to their attention and they got us new ones - why would you have served it in the first place? They didn’t apologize just took my bag and a few minutes provided me another. Get back to my table - no fries in the bag. Went back up, again no apology just a it will take 2 minutes as they are going to have to cook new ones. Got my fries - she did bring them out to me. Then 5 minutes later they turned the lights off - we are closing, this was around 1045. Other diners there that night and we all were saying the same thing. Owner - your employees make or break your business. Hope you see this and make changes before you lose more customers. Dine in on 10/25/2025.
