  The two gentlemen working in there when I went to pick up, the pizzas were very friendly and courteous. The store is very clean and even has some dine in seating. Pizza was fantastic also.

  Tried to order for delivery online but the app couldn’t process a payment with a gift card. So, had to call the store as prompted and was also informed they couldn’t take a gift card over the phone…said the system would only allow a scan, not to enter numbers. Hard to believe that the only way to use a GC is in person at the store? Anyway, ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks- which didn’t even come with the dipping icing. Definitely believe it’s supposed to, or I at least should have been prompted to purchase while talking with an employee. Super disappointed.

  Gave this location another shot tonight, uncooked pizza, little to no “extra” toppings, falling apart and bad taste, I’m currently preheating the oven to recook the pizza since I know going to the store is a lost cause. Steer clear of this place.

  I've ordered from this location a few times and it's usually good. But this time I don't know what happened. The pizza is overcooked, there's no seasoning on the crust, and none of the toppings that I ordered were on the pizza. I've been avoiding one of the O'Fallon locations because they consistently have similar issues, and now I'm worried this is starting to happen at other locations.
