I clearly gave them enough time to get the pizzas (6) made and delivered on time. At 12:15 when the pizzas had not arrived, I called the store and the manager said he told the driver but the driver must have delivered the other order first. He did not seem that concerned when I told how upset I was that my students were not getting their promised pizza incentive on time. When the driver arrived at 12:25, I asked if he was aware that I needed the pizzas at noon, he seemed surprised and said he did not. He was very sincere. He said he was given 4 orders and no instructions. I am very disappointed in this location. I will not be using them again.
