  Came to pick up my to go order tonight stood at the front door for about 10 minutes without anybody to help. The to go girl walked out of the bathroom then. Got my order ask the to go girl if the celery carrots and ranch are in the bag she said yes. I should have checked myself. Got home celery ranch in carrots not in the bag. Also only nine wings out of the ten I ordered were in the bag. Super annoying. Thanks

  Great food, great vibes, and even better service at Buffalo Wild Wings! 🙌 Wings were on point and everything came out fast and fresh. Huge shoutout to my favorite bartender, Chantyra—she always takes such good care of us and makes the experience even better every time. If you go, ask for her! 🍻

  The food and service were great! Chantyra was our bartender and she knows exactly how I like my drink! Having good service is always wonderful- but being served by someone with a great sense of humor, and in a timely fashion makes everything better! Our food came out as expected and we will be back- make sure she’s working when you go!

  We went here between hockey games, there were 4 adults in our group. We arrived at 220pm, we were greeted immediately and seated immediately. There were maybe 20, at most, people in the restaurant. Our waitress, Simone, stopped by about 3 minutes after we were seated and took our drink orders. 2 waters, 1 Mtn Dew and a non-alcoholic drink from the bar. Our drinks arrived about 9 mins later, minus the non-alcoholic drink and a water in place of the Mtn Dew. She stated she'd be back shortly and take our order, never asked about appetizers. She came back 22 minutes after we initially sat down and took out order. Still no offer of appetizers. After we ordered our food, 3 other groups of 3-4 people came in. We were never offered refills on our drinks. Our food finally arrived exactly 58 minutes after we arrived. My 15 piece wings were room temperature. My total are room temperature. My sons 10 piece wings were room temperature and his fries were hot. My wife had the sampler appetizer platter. All items on her plate were room temperature except the mozzarella sticks which were just warm. My father in law has 6 wings and those were warm. Overall very disappointed in the service and the food. My bill was over $79 + tax. The manager just apologized for the delay and the service. I understand staffing issues but the quality shouldn't suffer because. Good thing I live 7 hours away, because I don't plan to ever go back there.

  I would a 100% recommend that you go to the o'fallon location instead of this one. I cannot tell you how many chances i've given this location. Went in to watch the battle battlehawks game with my son and the food was just made with no care whatsoever. It was offensively bad. And to top it off, there were only like three other tables in the entire establishment. The worst thing was, the manager kept being passive aggressive and using language to pretend that my complaint wasn't justified. And was trying to make it sound like it was just a small mistake. My advice to the manager is to just say sorry in the future. I specifically said I did not want anything taken off of my bill because then it gives the employees a reason to say, oh, he was just trying to get free food. I have managed restaurants for over twenty years and I have never in my life witnessed a place be that slow, that overstaffed, and still make those kind of mistake.
