  My friend and I came through the drive thru and ordered 42 dollars worth of food. It was 5:30 ish we got our order and we dont live far away like 1.3 miles so we checked our food when we got home. We discovered we was missing a cantina bowl. She immediately tried to call the store no answer 3 times. So I went to the store with receipt in hand. I spoke with the only guy that seemed to be in charge st the time. I told him we was missing it amd he immediately went to rectify the situation which is what he should do but this is where things start to go wrong. One of the workers came to him and said we made a cantina bowl. The "manager" came back to me and said he was now going to need to see my bag and all of my food I immediately told him all of that stuff is at home and that going back to get the bag isn't going to prove anything. But he insisted so I told him I wouldn't even be down here right now without what he wanted if they would have just answered the phone and I left in frustration went home got the bag and came back. I placed the bag on the front counter and I just waited. The manager then came to me and said I was going to have to wait bc they have the area manager looking into the cameras to see if our cantina bowl was put in our bag. At which point im now entirely frustrated bc now im being called a liar. So I told him I have been a manager at several different stores and this is not how this situation is supposed to be handled he ignored me so I told him this was the worst customer service I have ever received. That must have struck a nerve because he then proceeded to come out from behind the front counter and take out the trash but while doing so he decided to try and intimidate me with what was it you said when I was behind the counter. I told him exactly what I said. He then told me I can leave amd if I dont leave he will have someone make me leave. So I left but best believe in the morning im calling corporate over this. The guy did eventually give the person I was with her cantina bowl. But the blatant disrespect I received and then he blamed it all on me to her saying I was being an A-whole and that's why he did not give me the cantina bowl. The guy in charge was a tall black guy with glasses. I am definitely going to call corporate and that was only my 4rth visit to that store now ill have to go to bridgeton or page bc i refuse to go back to this store.

  Big lady w the glasses literally yelled at me for trying to confirm a DoorDash order bc they CONSISTENTLY get them wrong. Said it’s all in bag and she’s NOT confirming. Terrible customer service. Rude and will let you sit at window for ten mins without EVER coming up to the window to confirm order, say it will be a moment etc . this was for DoorDash would never go here for myself.
