  No matter were you go, the food 'always stays the same'. If you know that movie reference, you're awesome!!! 2 stars on the kiosk (service) stuff ... takes longer PLUS it's so enjoyable to have an employee stare at you while you stare at a screen - in front of them - to place your order they could be taking, instead of pointing in front of them and saying "Welcome in! Place your order there."

  This is crazy overall the quality of food was bad i ordered the meal for 2 online, this included 2 soft tacos, 2 crunchwraps, and 2 burritos and chips and cheese. The chips were mostly broke crumbs, the crunchwrap had half meat on it and at least a 3rd of it was just tortilla and taco with no meat. The biggest issue though is there was a staple in the burrito when i ate it. Luckily i felt something weird before i bit down to hard. I also put this in the microwave first and there wasn't a spark so i would have never known but that is crazy. THERE WAS A STAPLE IN MY BURRITO

  I don't leave comments on public forums, but my last experience demands sharing... I visited this location on a Saturday evening and ordered a large meal. Normally, this place isn't a good choice, but acceptable when you're in the area. While dining in, I noticed that my order was incorrect, and politely explained the situation to the staff. Although the manager was professional, his crew was very rude and spiteful because of my request to resolve their mistake. The woman in the Drive- Thru was particularly scornful, and she worn a spiteful expression like a loud Christmas sweater throughout the entirely of our interaction. She offered me a single burrito in a bag which was also incorrect while looking away from me and scoffed when I said thanks. After realizing that my order was incorrect again, I requested a refund, but the manager offered to personally address the issue in which was accepted. Once I ate the burrito from the lady, I became immediately sick and went home to a sleep for about 10 hours that offered no relief. When I had awaken, I was barely rested, and spent the majority of the day bedridden which made my symptoms worse. Now, I have bouts of dizziness, fever, a thumping in my head that feels like my brain is crammed in my skull along with a cough so violent that it feels like my lungs were scrubbed with steel wool. Drinking anything but water burns and coughing makes my lungs ache which is crazy since I don't get sick. I don't understand why people like this are hired in such roles who are nothing short of miserable and an overall detriment to the company. Worse, I will never visit this location again meaning that another black owned business will suffer because of this awful experience...
