  I am beyond upset about what happened at this location. My kids went in today around 3:30 pm, ordered their food, and sat there eating like normal customers. They were there the entire time — they did not leave, they did nothing wrong. While they were still inside the restaurant, one of the employees called his parents up there to confront, harass, and threaten my kids. This was clearly personal, as this employee seems to have some kind of issue with my son. Instead of acting professionally, he escalated the situation by involving his family. That is completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior from someone who represents a business. No employee should be bringing outside people into a restaurant to intimidate customers — especially minors. Management seriously needs to address this. Customers, especially minors, should feel safe inside your establishment. This was unprofessional, hostile, and alarming. Do better.

  This restaurant is usually good and the staff is nice. However, when I ordered just one mobile order item, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, half the filling was missing. I waited 15 minutes for half a taco, while 3 people behind me got their orders first. I wish there was a way to post a photo here of the half filled taco shell.
