  So much better. I don’t know what has happened to this Taco Bell in the last year. The employees are better the food is better it’s just better! Alex and Rere rocked the drive through today and were super friendly.

  Absolutely absurd. Both the tacos and burritos here are extremely watery. Their fountain soda machine is also not clean. Stick to your own drinks when dining here

  Don’t actually know how it is because after waiting in the line for 25 minutes was told to wait more and didn’t even get to order after 5 minutes. Left after waiting with no response. Absolutely horrible for “fast” food.

  After visiting three different Taco Bell locations in the North County area and having a terrible experience at each one — missing items and drive-thru customer service that was honestly a negative 10 — I was beyond frustrated. Then I came to Taco Bell, and it completely turned things around. This location had everything in stock and was able to make our full order with no issues at all, which was a huge relief. On top of that, the customer service was night and day compared to the other spots — friendly, efficient, and actually welcoming. The food came out fresh, accurate, and exactly how we wanted it. You can tell this team takes pride in doing things right. I really appreciate the staff at this location for delivering great food and even better service when it was definitely needed. This is how it’s supposed to be done. Easy 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

  Stopped in at 8pm to grab dinner to go and made the mistake of going inside instead of through the drive through. After waiting 25 minutes, and seeing a door dash driver give up on their order and leave, I finally got my food. I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant in that time. Any customers who attempted to ask where their food was were ignored. When they finally handed me my food, they said the long wait was because they got slammed, but what I saw was a steady stream of customers not unlike other places I've been. When I got there, they had about the same number of people working as there were people in the lobby waiting for food. I'm still confused about why it took so long, but I know I won't be back to this location, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
